By accessing or using Crugex (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Mejona Technology LLP ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operator of Crugex.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Crugex. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Users from countries where Crugex is restricted by law may not be eligible to use the Platform.
Crugex provides: online courses (video, text, quizzes), community Q&A, verified internship listings, AI-powered study assistant ("AI Nova"), blockchain-verified certificates, and career resources. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Free Account: Access to 200+ free courses, community Q&A, 5 AI Nova queries/day, basic certificates. Pro Account (₹149/month): Unlimited AI Nova, all 400+ courses, 1-on-1 doubt sessions, blockchain certificates. Premium Account (₹399/month): Everything in Pro + unlimited doubt sessions, career coaching, resume builder. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings — no cancellation fees, no hurdles. B2B: Colleges and universities may enter separate agreements for white-label access under different terms.
You agree NOT to: • Share your account credentials with others • Copy, download, or redistribute course content without written permission • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts • Spam, harass, or abuse other community members • Upload malicious code or content • Attempt to bypass content protection mechanisms (DRM) • Use automated bots or scraping tools without authorization Violations may result in warning, suspension, or permanent account termination without refund.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit (questions, answers, posts, reviews). By posting, you grant Crugex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform. Our Content: Course videos, scripts, quizzes, and all Crugex-branded content are owned by Mejona Technology LLP or its licensors. You may not redistribute or use them outside the Platform without written permission. Certificates: Blockchain certificates issued on Crugex are yours. You can display and share them.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Refunds: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied. No refund after 7 days except in exceptional circumstances. Payment failures: If a payment fails but was deducted, contact us at refunds@crugex.in within 5 business days. Failed payments may result in account downgrade to Free tier.
Blockchain certificates are issued using the Blockcerts open standard. They represent verifiable proof of course completion. Crugex certificates are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body, university, or accreditation agency unless explicitly stated. They are proof of completion on our Platform. Employers and institutions are solely responsible for evaluating the value of Crugex certificates.
Crugex is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that: the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted; course content will meet your specific expectations; job placement or career outcomes will result from using the Platform. You use Crugex at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mejona Technology LLP shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of profits, data, business, or reputation; actions taken by third parties; any damages exceeding ₹1,000 or the amount paid by you in the past 12 months, whichever is higher. This limitation applies regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mejona Technology LLP, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your account if: you violate these Terms; you engage in fraudulent activity; you fail to pay subscription fees; we receive valid legal requests; your content violates community guidelines. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Deletion removes your personal data per our Privacy Policy. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for unused subscription time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar, India. Before filing a dispute, you agree to attempt resolution through informal mediation for 30 days. For DPDP Act 2023 violations, you may first file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI) at dpi.gov.in.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes (new fees, new restrictions, scope changes) will be notified via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Crugex after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree, you may cancel your subscription or delete your account before the changes take effect.
